Frequently Asked Question

Printing from the Mac using FindMe-AirPrint?
Last Updated 3 years ago

Printing using the new PaperCut system will require you to know your network username and password.

Your machine should have automatically install a new printer called "FindMe-AirPrint." This is a virtual print that allow you to print to it and retrieve the job on any of the PaperCut enabled copiers in the district.

AirPrint Allows printing without any special drivers. The FindMe-AirPrint may work for printing if the normal FindMe-Print does not.

One thing to note. Since the printer doesn't use a special driver, it only has basic print features and can't use the special functions of the copiers like stapling and hole punching.

Also some Macs are defaulting to the incorrect paper size, usually A0, please double check you are sending your jobs with letter sized paper.
